A man was shot and killed by Vancouver police after pointing a gun at officers early Monday morning. Officers were flagged down by civilians reporting a man with a gun, and upon finding the suspect, he refused to stop. One K9 officer was deployed, but the suspect pointed his gun at the officers, prompting all four to open fire.
