Air India confirms presence of foreign object, a metal blade, in a passenger's meal on a Bangalore-San Francisco flight. The metal blade was found in a vegetable dish and came from a vegetable processing machine used by the airline's catering partner. The airline has initiated an investigation and has asked its catering partner to strengthen their system to prevent such incidents in the future.
