Minnesota Bumble Bee Atlas seeks volunteers to gather data on endangered rusty patched bumble bee and other species.

Minnesota's state bee, the endangered rusty patched bumble bee, is part of about two dozen species in the state. Scientists suspect other species are at risk but lack data for understanding statewide populations. The Minnesota Bumble Bee Atlas uses citizen science to gather necessary data. Volunteers are needed to help in the project.
