Three men accused of the 2018 prison killing of notorious Boston gangster James "Whitey" Bulger are set to appear in court for a plea hearing and sentencing. Fotios "Freddy" Geas, Paul J. DeCologero, and Sean McKinnon are charged with Bulger's murder, while Geas and DeCologero are also charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. Bulger, who ran the largely Irish mob in Boston in the 1970s and '80s, was convicted in 2013 for 11 murders and numerous other gangland crimes after fleeing Boston in 1994.
