Gilat Satellite Networks acquires Stellar Blu Solutions for $245m to expand In-Flight Connectivity market presence.
Gilat Satellite Networks has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Stellar Blu Solutions, a US-based avionics solution provider, for $245m. The deal aims to strengthen Gilat's position in the In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) market, with Stellar Blu providing full LEO and GEO multi-orbit support. Gilat will pay an initial cash payment of $98m at closing, with an additional $147m payable based on post-closing financial and business objectives. The acquisition is expected to be accretive on a non-GAAP basis from the second half of 2025.
