Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) agreed to acquire SEO specialist Titan for €3.2m, improving operational efficiency and market position. The acquisition is expected to reduce GiG Media's SEO and content costs by up to 50% and enhance content quality. Titan's expertise is anticipated to increase revenue in GiG Media's publishing business. The acquisition is set to be completed in July.
