2 CVR employees, Natalie Mazhero & Chiraswa Nyagumbo, charged with criminal abuse of office for registering a vehicle without proper procedures in Zimbabwe. Complainant Elizabeth Machigere, CVR's acting deputy registrar. State alleges Mazhero submitted fake certificate for Mahomva, a Ministry of Information director, and Nyagumbo verified it, contradicting duties. Accused remanded until July 5.
