Bournda quarry's reopening referral under Environment Act is nearing assessment, with locals opposing extraction in a scenic area.
Bournda quarry's reopening referral under Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act is in its final days before assessment. However, nearby residents are upset, as they feel an extractive industry should not operate in an area known for its natural beauty, peace, and coastal charm.
