55-year-old Timothy Deconinck of Malden was arrested in connection with a $240,000 robbery in East Boston on June 7, where he allegedly impersonated a police officer. The victim, an East Boston check cashing business owner, withdrew the money from a bank near Fenway Park before two men claiming to be officers stole it. The suspects drove away in the victim's car, and Deconinck was arrested a week later.
