95-year-old former Odisha Governor Murlidhar Chandrakant Bhandare, a distinguished Congress leader from Maharashtra and three-term Rajya Sabha member, passed away on June 15. He also served as a Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court and was Odisha's Governor from August 2007 to March 2013. Current Governor Raghubar Das, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and former Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik expressed their deep sorrow and condolences.
