75-year-old Bonny Heyn, a Portland resident, was killed in a car crash on February 23 after 22-year-old Maria Moncada allegedly hit her Honda Fit, which was stopped on the shoulder, with her BMW traveling at 103 mph on Northeast Marine Drive. Moncada has been charged with manslaughter in the first degree, driving under the influence of intoxicants, and reckless driving.
