The Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) and National Development Co. (NDC) have resolved the right-of-way issues on a 1.3-hectare property in Pandacan, Manila, for San Miguel Corp.'s Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3. After four years of negotiations, the agencies signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and two deeds of absolute sale, acquiring the NDC property for P700 million based on fair market value. This acquisition clears the property for road construction and development for the joint venture with SMC.
