A fire at the Metro Extended Stay Hotel in Marietta displaced around 30 people on Saturday morning. The blaze began at 10:30 a.m., with heavy flames coming from the third floor of the building. Firefighters quickly evacuated residents, and no injuries were reported. The fire affected five rooms, but additional 30 to 40 rooms experienced water damage. The Red Cross is working to provide support for those affected.
