3 individuals were shot overnight in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, with one in critical condition and the others in stable condition. The Cincinnati Police Department received reports of gunshots and screaming around 1:30 a.m., and the victims were found near E.13th Street and Clay Street. Authorities believe there could be two different suspects involved, but no arrests have been made yet.
