3 hospitalized after an ambulance overturned in DeKalb County; a truck failed to yield and collided with the ambulance, causing it to overturn. The ambulance was not carrying a patient at the time. Two people in the ambulance and a passenger in the truck were taken to the hospital. The truck driver was arrested for driving without a license and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
