However, former Indian Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar countered Musk's statement, asserting that India's EVMs are custom-designed, secure, and isolated from networks or media. Chandrasekhar highlighted that Indian EVMs are built specifically to resist tampering and have no Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or internet connectivity.
