CPI-M leaders Sitaram Yechury and Prakash Karat will attend a meeting to discuss the party's disappointing performance in the Lok Sabha polls in Kerala. The Left Front, led by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, lost 19 of its 20 candidates in the polls, winning only the Alathur seat. The CPI-M, CPI, and Kerala Congress (Mani) collectively contested 20 seats in the southern state.
