79-year-old Marshall man, William Haroff, has been arrested and charged with 18 counts of criminal sexual conduct following an investigation by Calhoun County Sheriff's Office. Detectives interviewed Haroff, who confessed to sexual assaults involving underage victims. Arraigned on 12 counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and six counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. The victims have been contacted.
