25-year-old Haverhill educator Justin Smith, employed at Gateway Academy, was arrested and charged with sending pornographic images of himself to a 16-year-old student. Smith faces two felony counts of distributing obscene material to a minor. Bail was set at $4,000 and conditions include no contact with the alleged victim, no contact with minors, staying away from schools, and GPS home confinement. Smith is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on July 8.
