40-year-old woman charged in Windsor after alleged abduction of her 8-year-old son. Police say the mother, without legal custody, enticed her son with gifts and dinner to leave school with her. Surveillance footage and witness statements helped locate and contact the mother, who was arrested and charged with abduction by a parent. The child was safely returned to his family.
