8 Willis St & Stewart Dawson's Corner, a Wellington development by Argosy Property, has won the Property Council's supreme award, along with the commercial office, heritage, and adaptive use awards, and an excellence award in sustainable building. This 18,700sq m project, which houses StatsNZ, Ministry for the Environment, and WorkSafe, integrates the heritage Stewart Dawsons shop into the expansion and development of two Lambton Quay towers above. The awards recognize excellence in design and innovation in the built environment.
