Vietnamese Politburo member Nguyen Trong Nghia met with Chinese Politburo member Huang Kunming, discussing strengthening their friendship, neighbourliness, and comprehensive cooperation. Nghia suggested improvements in trade, investments, and tourism between Guangdong and Vietnamese localities while supporting local firms to invest in Vietnam. Both sides emphasized the importance of preserving historical relic sites related to President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnamese revolutionaries.
