Vietnam arrests journalist Truong Huy San, known as Huy Duc, for violating national security law due to his Facebook writings. Authorities also charge lawyer Tran Dinh Trien under Article 331 of the Penal Code. Both men are detained for prosecution, and security officials are ordered to search their workplaces and homes. They could face two to seven years in prison if convicted.
