Broward deputies pursued two suspects with warrants for armed kidnapping into southern Palm Beach County, leading to heavy traffic delays on I-95 northbound. The suspects intentionally struck a deputy's vehicle and fled north, causing multiple collisions. After a manhunt, law enforcement captured the two suspects at around 4 p.m., reopening the closed lanes.
