A man in his 30s, described as black and wearing an all-white tracksuit, is being sought by the police after a mobility scooter crash outside Aldi supermarket in Clacton-on-Sea. The man, who tried to pass an elderly woman pedestrian on the pavement, collided with her, causing her to fall into the road. The incident took place on June 5, and officers are asking anyone with information, CCTV, dashcam, or other footage to get in touch.
