The $115M-$230M plan aims to enhance visitor engagement and experiences through a world-class reptile and amphibian exhibit, improved guest accessibility, and a new marine mammal habitat, Shore to Sea, opening in 2027. The investment will come from private fundraising, historic tax credits, and a dedicated sales tax.
