6 men, including relatives, are on trial for the murder of Thomas Dooley in Tralee's New Rath Cemetery on 5 Oct 2022. During the attack, his wife Siobhán Dooley sustained a 12in wound requiring 45 stitches and 30 staples. The accused, including Patrick Dooley (brother of the victim), Daniel Dooley, Thomas Dooley Snr, Thomas Dooley Jnr, Michael Dooley, and a teenager, have all pleaded not guilty to murder charges.
