The Friedkin Group, led by AS Roma owner Dan Friedkin, has reached an agreement in principle to acquire a majority stake in Everton FC from current owner Farhad Moshiri. Friedkin's group aims to create a multi-club model and is willing to be flexible on the deal structure. Everton, which finished 15th in the Premier League last season, plans to move to a new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock in 2025-26.
