A landmark study published in Nature reveals that a three-day hybrid work week performs as well as or better than fully in-office work. Conducted by Stanford University's Nicholas Bloom and Chinese co-authors, the study covers Trip.com's Shanghai office. Benefits include a decline in resignations by up to one-third, equal or improved employee performance and satisfaction, and a "win-win-win" for employers, employees, and companies.
