Baramulla Police declared Hassan Reshi, a terrorist handler in Pakistan, a proclaimed offender after his case under the EMICO Act, 12OB, and 121 of Police Station Tangmarg. Reshi, currently working with a terrorist organization, faces property attachment if he fails to present himself in court within a month. The police have previously attached properties of two other terror handlers, Jalal Din and Mohd Saki, based in Pakistan, under the Indian Arms Act and TADA Act provisions.
