30-year-old solo climber rescued after falling on Boys Glacier in Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park; spent a night out in freezing conditions. Climber activated personal locator beacon and contacted police via 111 call. Maritime New Zealand's Rescue Coordination Centre launched a helicopter operation the following morning to retrieve him. Rescuers found climber cold and wet, but sheltered in a sleeping bag.
