39-year-old Ohio man, James Wells, was arrested in Maryland for pointing a loaded paintball pistol at a victim during a road rage incident on Interstate 70 in Howard County. The victim provided the license plate number, leading to Wells' vehicle being located and stopped. He was charged with first-degree assault and taken to the Howard County Department of Corrections.
