61-year-old Karen Coffman from Armstrong County won $1m on a scratch-off ticket but called the experience "bittersweet" as her husband passed away two weeks later due to a brain tumor. The winning ticket was purchased at the BP gas station in Freeport, where she had previously won $65k about 14 years ago. Coffman plans to invest part of her winnings and is considering relocating to Florida.
