69-year-old Shelby Township man, Joe Forbert, won a $100K Fantasy 5 jackpot from Michigan Lottery after matching the numbers 05-13-17-23-34 in the May 17 drawing. He purchased the winning ticket at a Meijer store in Rochester Hills. Forbert, who's been playing Fantasy 5 since its inception, selected the winning set of numbers in December and has been playing them since.
