21-year-old Georgia man, Jehad Noman Saloum, was arrested and charged with electronic solicitation of a child in DeKalb County after a months-long investigation. Authorities received a report in February about a 12-year-old girl being sexually solicited via Snapchat. Saloum was identified and apprehended in Hillsborough County, Florida, before being extradited and booked at the DeKalb County Detention Center on a $150,000 bond.
