78-year-old former scout master Noel Sheehan, convicted of indecently assaulting five young boys in his scout troop in Co Cork over 30 years ago, has been jailed for four years. Sheehan, a retired hospital porter, denied the charges and refused to accept the jury's verdicts, also not expressing any remorse. The trial involved evidence of Sheehan indecently assaulting the boys by touching and fondling their private parts between 1987 and 1990.
