28-year-old Elkhart man, Joshua Grosenbacher, was arrested on 10 felony counts of possession of child pornography. An investigation by Indiana State Police ICAC Task Force, initiated by a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, led to the arrest. Grosenbacher faces eight counts of level 5 felony possession and two counts of level 6 felony possession.
