22-year-old Brian Alexander Torres-Perez has been indicted on three counts of manslaughter in connection with a crash in Gilbert, Arizona, in December 2022 that killed Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb's son Cooper, his fiancée Caroline Patten, and their 11-month-old daughter. Torres-Perez is accused of driving at 70 mph in a 45 mph zone before allegedly striking the Toyota Corolla driven by Lamb's fiancée.
