Vodafone plans to sell $2.3bn stake in Indus Towers for debt repayment, via stock market block deals.

Vodafone Group plans to sell its entire $2.3bn stake in India's Indus Towers through stock market block deals next week, as part of efforts to repay debt. The British firm currently owns 21.5% of the mobile-tower operator, with the final size of the stake sale yet to be determined. Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, and BNP Paribas have been hired to manage the sale in Indian stock markets.
