South Park Commons (SPC), a Silicon Valley tech startup community and venture fund, has opened a new office in Bengaluru, India, in partnership with Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal. The company aims to provide support for India's most talented founders, technologists, and researchers, and is planning an India-dedicated fund to back these entrepreneurs. SPC has raised $1.5bn across two funds and has funded 150 start-ups, with a cumulative value of over $40bn.
