27,000 residents in China's Fujian province were evacuated due to heavy rainfall that began on June 9, according to local authorities. More than 3,133 hectares of crops were damaged in the region, and the highest precipitation recorded was 581.8 mm in Huangkeng Township of Nanping City. Local emergency repair staff provided assistance to affected households to restore power supply.
