2 people killed in motorcycle crash on Morrison Bridge ramp to I-5; ramp closed for investigation.

Two people were killed in a motorcycle crash on the ramp from eastbound Morrison Bridge to northbound I-5 on Thursday night, according to Portland Police Bureau (PPB). The rider and passenger crashed and were thrown over the barrier into a parking lot below, with no other vehicles involved. The Morrison Bridge remains open, but the eastbound ramp is closed for the ongoing investigation.
