Massachusetts regulators have approved an administrative order allowing marijuana to be transported to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket islands for the first time, averting a cannabis drought. Martha's Vineyard was running out of marijuana, just as thousands of summer vacationers were starting to arrive. The move came after one dispensary temporarily closed in May and another said it would close by September.
