4 injured, 1 arrested after two-vehicle crash in Horace. A head-on collision occurred in Horace, ND, late Thursday night, resulting in four people being injured. The 18-year-old driver, McKenzie Moser, was arrested on the scene and charged with DUI and DUI Refusal. Her vehicle was also involved in a hit-and-run property crash in Fargo. The injured passengers, aged 14 and 16, and the 16-year-old driver were taken to Sanford Hospital, with one being life-flighted.
