High Court orders Michael Flatley's Cork mansion insurance dispute to be resolved through arbitration.

High Court rules that Michael Flatley's insurance dispute over his €30m Cork mansion, Castlehyde, must be resolved through arbitration rather than court proceedings. Flatley had claimed Hiscox was seeking to avoid responsibility, but the judge stated that it was Flatley who was trying to avoid his responsibility to Hiscox, as the arbitration clause in their agreement requires disputes to be settled out of court.
