A fatal crash involving a pedestrian closed all eastbound lanes of I-84 at 68th Avenue near the I-205 interchange early Friday morning. The Portland Police Traffic Division responded to the scene and found the pedestrian deceased. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. Eastbound lanes are closed, and traffic is being detoured off the freeway at Northeast 68th Avenue onto Northeast Halsey Street.
