The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has filed a lawsuit against Dothan's Harmony Hospitality LLC and Home2Suites by Hilton, alleging that a nonbinary night auditor was fired due to their gender-nonconforming appearance. The EEOC claims the employee, who identified as a gay male, was fired after showing up to a work meeting with pink nails and wearing braids and capris.
