44,669-acre (18,077 hectare) Gowan Station in Queensland's Barcoo district was sold to a Taroom-based buyer after an initial $25.5M auction pass. Organically accredited, the property can carry 3,000 adult cattle equivalents and features a mix of productive soils and pastures, water resources, and improvements. The station was partially sold by Blue Sky Beef to reduce debt and explore new opportunities.
