Yankees' top prospect Jasson Domínguez, aged 21, returns from rehab assignment but is optioned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre after being reinstated from the 60-day injured list. Infielder Jon Berti is transferred to the 60-day injured list to free a 40-man roster spot. Domínguez, who underwent Tommy John surgery for a torn ulnar collateral ligament, has been hitting well during his rehab stint.
