44-year-old Wayne K. Ferguson was killed and two injured in a head-on collision on Alabama Highway 69, northeast of Cullman County. The crash occurred at 8:10 a.m. on Wednesday and involved Ferguson's Chevrolet S10 and Fernando Garcia Hernandez's GMC Sierra. Two passengers in Hernandez's vehicle were hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is continuing to investigate.
